It's easy to get a crick in your neck when working on a Pilates reformer machine... that is, unless you add the Stamina AeroPilates Head and Neck Support Pillow to provide comfort, support, and postural alignment during reformer exercises performed while lying on your back. This firm cushion is made of contoured foam that matches the curves of your neck for full support.

The stitched black vinyl covering can be wiped clean and sanitized after your workout. An elastic band secures the pillow to the headrest with the thickest part nearest the carriage to support your neck. You can adjust the pillow's position for custom comfort. Please note that this pillow should not be used with exercises that require you to lift your hips higher than your head.
